Booking policy

Making a booking

You can book through the enquiry form, by WhatsApp or by phone on 07877 817905. I'll confirm the date, time, service and price before the day. No deposit is needed to secure your booking.

On the day

• I bring my own water, power and professional products, so all I need is access to the vehicle or property.
• Please make sure the vehicle is somewhere I can work around it safely, ideally a driveway or a quiet spot on the road.
• For interior work, it helps if personal items are removed beforehand. Anything left in the vehicle will be handled with care.
• If the condition of the vehicle or property is very different from what was described (for example heavy soiling or pet hair), I'll talk it through with you before carrying on.

Payment

Payment is due once the job is finished and you're happy with it. I accept bank transfer, card and cash.

Changing or cancelling

There's no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or move your booking, please let me know as early as you can so I can offer the slot to someone else.

Weather

If the weather makes exterior work impossible, I'll get in touch to rearrange at no cost. Interior work can usually still go ahead.

Insurance

Zagnoli Property Services is fully insured for the work carried out.

Who I am

This website is run by Enrico Zagnoli De Souza, trading as Zagnoli Property Services, a sole trader based in Brighton, East Sussex. For anything about your personal data, contact info@zagnolipropertyservices.com.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry or book, I collect the details you give me, such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, your vehicle make and model, your preferred date and the address where the work will take place.

Like most websites, this site also collects basic, anonymous usage data (such as pages visited) through my website provider, Squarespace.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• To arrange, carry out and follow up on your booking
• To keep basic records for accounting and tax

I only use your details for these purposes. I never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Legal basis

I use your information because it's needed to provide the service you've asked for, and to meet my legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored securely with the services I use to run the business, such as Squarespace (website and forms), my email provider and WhatsApp if you message me there. These providers only process data to provide their services.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Just email me and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
